Pastor who has ‘been to hell’ says he saw demons singing Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’
A pastor who allegedly went to “hell” after momentarily dying from a heart attack says he saw demons singing Rihanna while he was there. Posting to TikTok, Gerald Johnson told his 75,000 followers how it felt to have visited one place none of us want to end up back in 2016. Read More
He reveals that, after suffering a heart attack, his “spirit left his physical body” and he went to hell. The destination came as quite a surprise to the pastor, as he claimed to have “done so much good in the world and helped so many people”. Video at the end of the article.
During the five-minute video, the pastor went into detail about the things he saw, adding that he “wouldn’t wish it on any other man”.
“One of the things I saw that just blew me away was a man on all fours like a dog, he was burnt from the crown of his head to the souls of his feet,” he said. “He had a chain around his neck, it was a demon holding the chain. I knew that this demon was sent in this man’s life to ride him from his childhood to the time that he died.”

He then went on to outline some other very specific details, one of them involving 36-year-old singer and Fenty Beauty owner, Rihanna.
“It just blew me away, it still baffles me to this day,” Johnson continued. “There was a section in Hell where music was playing. It was the same music we hear on the Earth, but as opposed to entertainers singing it, demons were singing it.

“While up here, you can listen to music to get over a breakup like ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ [by Bobby McFerrin] or ‘Umbrella’ [by Rihanna], but down there every lyric to every song is to torment you.”
The pastor explained that this should be a stern warning for those who enjoy chart-topping pop songs as opposed to hymns and prayers.
Elsewhere in his recollection, he also explained how he got out of the “hole”.
“I lifted up out of hell and I came back on the Earth and god began to speak to me – I actually saw the real Jesus,” he said. “He began to speak to me, and he said ‘You have been secretly upset with the people that hurt you, you have been hoping that I would punish the people who have hurt you.’”
He then went on to claim that God told him that he only wants him to focus on his own “assignment” – whatever that may mean.
“‘These are not your people these are my people, I only want you to focus on the assignment that I am giving you.’”
“Although I did good,” he continued. “The thing that I had in my heart was unforgiveness to people who have done me wrong.
The video has since been viewed 4 million times and had amassed over 12,000 comments before comments were disabled. The audio has also been muted on TikTok but is still available on Instagram.

“Wow the music part is wild,” wrote one user prior to the comments being disabled.
“Lucifer was once the angel of music wasn’t he? I believe every word you spoke. Music is hypnotizing without a doubt, it’s time for me to take a step back on listening to some of the genres I listen to,” added another.
A third said the message was an important one for musicians: “The message on music was very important for the need to hear as a musician.”
And another user commented that they also “had an addiction to secular music,” adding: “…And some time ago I had a dream that I was in hell hearing that music and it was the most terrifying thing ever.”
Johnson did share a follow-up video answering some of the biggest questions he received since making his revelation, which can be seen below:
I don’t know whether Rihanna will be happy or sad about the fact that her music is so good that even demons in hell are doing their own renditions of it… Big yikes.
