Not only did Roseanne claim that the Holocaust didn’t happen and that no one died back then, she says that six million Jews should die right now.
“Nobody died in the Holocaust, that’s the truth. Six million Jews should die right now ’cause they cause all the problems in the world,” Roseanne claimed, adding, “It never happened.”
Theo Von, the podcast host, is claiming that the comments were made as part of a sarcastic rant.
“This Roseanne Barr clip was sarcasm folks. A clip taken out of a long sarcastic rant she had during our chat. Can we not recognize sarcasm anymore?” he tweeted.
Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt responded on Twitter by saying, “Sarcasm or not, Roseanne Barr’s comments about Jews and the Holocaust are reprehensible and irresponsible. This isn’t funny. And shame on Theo Von for letting it go unchallenged and instead diving into conspiracy theories about Jews and Hollywood.”
Back in 2018, Roseanne said that she was “probably” going to move to Israelafter being canceled due to racist tweets.
